Information Overload?

I have been trying to learn as much as I can about the internet marketing business as well as the more technical stuff about setting up hosting, domains, blogs, widgets, etc, etc, etc in as short a time as possible.
I have signed up to many peoples lists in order to download various helpful e-books, newletters, free software, video tutorials etc.
A lot of this stuff has been invaluable and without it I don`t think I`d even have made the little progress that I have so far.
The problem is, I think I am now suffering from a classic case of information overload.
Everytime I open my e-mail I find it overflowing with more great offers, free trials, etc.
I seem to get so distracted and confused by all this stuff, that I find it difficult to focus and take things step by step.
I think you need to be quite disciplined about what you do online so as not to be distracted from your goals.
Anyone else having this problem?
